Who usually arranges the night club party events? It it actually the night club themselves or independent event organisers? If its the independant event organisers, how does the night club make money? Is it only on the fee for hiring out the club?

The biggest money most night clubs makes is from the bar. Cover is mostly there to break event and pay the staff, landlord and utilities. Special events and private parties are pure gravy unless it is a club owner favor. Most clubs break even in its second year and go broke after five years after the fad of them goes away. It is a rough business but very exciting when it all works.
